This past weekend, the Raintree Condominium Association held its annual meeting at the community center. A large number of residents were present to debate important concerns facing the complex.
The meeting started with a succinct overview from the head of the association, who emphasized some of the building's successes over the past year.
Following the president's remarks, there was a session for inquires from residents. Several residents raised concerns regarding maintenance of the building grounds. There was also a detailed discussion about suggested changes to the parking regulations.
The meeting concluded with the adoption of the annual budget and the election of new members to the association board.

We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.
The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.
We understand/recognize/appreciate that there may be some temporary inconvenience/disruption/change during construction.
